Product Introduction
Insulation of aluminum doors and windows sealed with insulation strip is the one with the glass fiber reinforced polyamide nylon (PA66), referred to as Nylon 66 insulation strips, expansion coefficient is small, heat-resistant, and anti-aging properties.
Broken bridge heat-insulated aluminum alloy doors and windows is to divide the original whole-body aluminum alloy profile into two on the basis of traditional aluminum alloy doors and windows. The overall heat-insulating profile enables the heat-insulating strip and the aluminum alloy to jointly bear the load caused by the glass's own weight, wind pressure and temperature stress. Therefore, the use nature of the heat insulation strip determines that it must have high strength and excellent stability at the same time, otherwise it will easily cause doors, windows and curtain walls to break and fall off, causing major quality and safety hazards.

1. The main raw material of PA thermal break strip is PA66 plus 25% glass fiber, and the main raw material of PVC thermal break strip is PVC resin powder plus 25% calcium carbonate. Compared with PVC thermal break strip, PA66 thermal break strip has the following advantages:
(1) High tensile strength Nylon thermal break strip:≥126N/mm
PVC thermal break strip: about 70N/mm.
(2) High thermal deformation temperature PA thermal break strip: 240ºC PVC thermal break strip: 90ºC.
(3) It is more durable. PVC insulation strips are easy to age.
(4) Good self-extinguishing function.

Storage Conditions
The strips will be stored in the ventilated and dry environment, horizontally placed, paying attention to waterproof, keeping away from the heat source, avoiding heavy pressure and the contact with acid, alkali as well as organic solvent.


Delivery
We have the production capacity of 100000 meters per day. For common specifications, we have molds, and will be shipped in 7-15 working days after receiving the deposit. 

Packages
For all specifications/shapes, they could be packaged in linear, the length will be 6 meters, or customized.
For the Shape "I", "C", and some simple shapes, they can be packed in rolls. 400-600 meters/roll.
